Appointments are recommended during the week of the Event. Please contact Mandy Jones to schedule time in our Design Center.

Select, in-stock, specialty linen rentals will be half off the regular rental rate, just reserve and pay for your rental during the event. All rentals will be final on the day the reservation is placed. Later add-ons will be at full price. No reductions are allowed and cancellations are not refundable.

REMEMBER! VIP members will have access to the full week of the sale. Non-members can only participate Saturday, February 13th from 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Who may attend?
Anyone may attend on Saturday, Feb. 13th . However, only VIP members are able to attend during the week.

Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes and No. We ask that you set up an appointment Mon-Fri of the Event. However, we do NOT take appointments on Saturday.

Can I call my order in over the phone?
Sorry, no. Orders must be placed in-store.

Can I order via the Shopping Cart?
No. Orders received this way will not be considered part of the sale and will be entered at regular price.

I'm from out of town and unable to attend. Is there any way I can still participate?
Yes. You may send an email to Mandy, mandy@marqueeevent.com , requesting a Linen Event contract and credit card form. Once you have filled this out you can fax your signed contract and form to Marquee. All forms will be entered after 5pm. on the date they were received. A copy of the order will be emailed to you.

Are runners, napkins, and/or sashes on the sale?
No, they are not included in this event but check back for our chair & chair accessory sale in the summer.

Are your store hours extended during the week of the Linen Event?
No, our store hours will remain the same: Mon-Friday 8:30-5pm and Saturday 8:00-2pm

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept checks and major credit cards.

Do I have to pay for my order when placed?
Yes. You must pay for your linen order IN FULL on the day it becomes a reservation.

Can I cancel, change, or remove items from my order later?
No. Our policy is strict and unwavering. You must read and sign our waiver before ordering and it is a binding agreement. There will be no refunds or changes to Linen Event orders.

Can I add on to my order at a later date?
Yes, you may add on to your order, based on availability, up to your ship or delivery date. However, all items will be added at regular price.
